ST. PATRICK’S DAY
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
St. Patrick’s Day is coming up pretty fast, have you figured out what
you’re doing? We have many fun activities to celebrate this holiday at
http://www.showyourpizzazz.com/Parties/stpatricksday.html
. St. Patrick’s Day can be fun for all ages. We have activities for
kids, teens, and adults. Looking for St. Patrick’s Day plates, table
covers, napkins, decorations, toilet paper...? You can get all of
these without taking a step out your door. We’re even stocking music,
fun hats, necklaces, beads, and other fun items to fill your holiday.
EASTER
~~~~~~~
Make some memories this Easter. The children grow up fast and before
you know it, they will be too old or just too “cool” to hang out with
family even on a holiday so enjoy church, have a bbq in the park, put
on that Easter Bunny costume and hide eggs in the weeds or whatever
you plan to do this Easter but do it right and take plenty of pictures
to remember your day. Visit our Easter page for ideas to make your
Easter celebration picture perfect.

Here is a fun eggshell tulip craft suited for young boys and girls. In
this craft you’ll be making flowers out of eggshells that can be
presented in a beautiful bouquet to decorate your Easter table.
Materials:
• Eggshell Halves
• Green Pipe Cleaners
• Easter Egg Dye
• Hot Glue or White Glue
• Markers, Sequence, Stickers, etc.
Step 1:
Crack eggs gently in the middle of the egg. Separate the eggshell into
two halves and rinse egg shells out. Dry gently.
Step 2:
Place egg shells in multiple colors of Easter egg dye and place a few
jelly beans in the Egg shell to sink it. Let it sit until dry.
Step 3:
Carefully design eggshells with markers, stickers, or glue on
sequence.
Step 4:
Use a toothpick to poke a small hole in the bottom of the eggshell and
push the green pipe cleaner through it. Hot glue egg shell to green
pipe cleaner so it will not slip. The pipe cleaner is your stem.
Ideas:
• Make a pot! Collect used containers like mayonnaise jars. Decorate
them with tissue paper, markers, ribbons, candle jell or whatever you
can find… be creative!
• Want the dirt for the pot without the dirtiness, used ground coffee
beans!
• Cut out a paper butterfly or bunny and stick him in the pot glued to
a pipe cleaner.
Don’t forget the reason for the season!

APRIL FOOL’S DAY
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
April Fools Day is the only day of the year you can pull off jokes,
hoaxes, cons, pranks, gags, and get a laugh out of just about anyone.
We love to celebrate this holiday with shocking staplers, coughing
ashtrays, and other hilarious novelty items which you can find at
http://www.showyourpizzazz.com/Parties/AprilFools.html
. We know you love this holiday too; we received this letter from a
customer last year and would like to share it with you.
Dear Show Your Pizzazz,
I was going through your April Fools section when I remembered my best
April Fools Prank. I woke up at 6 on the 1st of April, of course, and
I shake my sleeping husband because I thought it would be nice to
spend some time together before he had to go to work. I hadn’t seen
much of him with the long hours he had been working. He mumbles and
pulls the sheets over his head. Then I thought to myself, “How can I
get this man moving.” Then it hit me. I ran all over the house
changing the clocks to 11 o clock. Then I creped back to bed with my
cell and made sure he was sleeping. I called the house on my cell and
acted like I was waking up. I tapped on my husband and said, “Could
you answer that” and he said, “I am tired hun, can you get it?” I
waddled over to the phone acting tired and picked it up. I said,
“Hello” acting like there was someone really there and said, “Yes…
Yeah he’s still here… Oh my gosh really I’m so sorry I’ll get him up
right now.” And hung up. Then I screamed, “WAKE UP! WAKE UP!” He
cracked an eye and said sarcastically, “I don’t see a fire” “LOOK!” I
pointed to the clock. He squinted and trying to focus and then his
eyes sprung wide open. He ran all over the house for the next 10min.
then just as he was starting to pull away in his dodge, he looked down
at his car clock and asked, “ What day is it?” , suspiciously. I
couldn’t keep a straight face and just busted into laughter. At first
he could have rung my neck but then he came back in the house and we
had a time for a nice breakfast and conversation before he called in
sick to work. We spent the rest of the day in bed...together. This was
the best prank I ever pulled. If you liked this please share it so
that other women can try this.
FEATURED PARTY PLACE
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Literally Alive, located in New York City, offers theatre themed
birthday parties. They tailor a script especially for the birthday
child, using the child’s input as to the theme of the play. It can be
anything the child wants. Literally Alive has created plays involving
mermaids, pirates, jungle animals, you name it, and they can make it
happen. They provide costumes and props and three experienced
directors to work with the kids. They get the children warmed up,
rehearse with them and then the children perform the play for each
other and the parents. Visit Literally Alive at
