Contest Terms and Rules

No purchase or payment necessary to enter the Show Your Pizzazz Sweepstakes or Contest. Show Your Pizzazz is not affiliated with Baskin Robbins or Dunkin.

The Show Your Pizzazz Scavenger Hunt Contest runs for a 2 month period. This 2 month period ends July 31, 2005. All correct entries received within this period will be eligible for drawing to be held at the end of this period. Correct entries received after this period will be issued complimentary copies of our newsletter but will not be eligible for the contest.

You may enter this contest by accessing the Show Your Pizzazz web site, completely filling out the online contest Official Entry Form, and clicking the "Enter Contest" button.

Only one entry per person or e-mail address per day is permitted. Multiple entries will be discarded with the exception of Bonus Entries. For your entry to be valid, you must answer all questions on the entry form correctly. You must be 18 years of age or over to enter or win

Bonus Entries will be earned for each friend’s email address provided on the entry form up to 12 per day. Duplicate and invalid email addresses will not be counted as a bonus entry.  Applicants and additional email addresses provided will be sent an invitation to enter the contest as well as a complimentary issue of the Show Your Pizzazz Newsletter. Any user can unsubscribe to the Newsletter at anytime by following the simple instructions printed on each newsletter.

Winner will be determined by a random drawing, to be held within 5 days after the close of the contest, from all eligible entries that have identified the items and were received for the contest term. Winner will be awarded the prize 25 each $2 dollar gift certificates. Prize will be shipped to winner within 30 days of close of contest or 30 days after return of the completed and executed declaration and releases where required. The drawing will be held at the Show Your Pizzazz office. All decisions are final and binding.

All decisions are final and binding. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by e-mail within 5 days of the drawing. Show Your Pizzazz or the sponsors or Show Your Pizzazz Contest or Sweepstakes is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify winner.

All federal, state, provincial, and local taxes are the responsibility of the winner. Winner may make no substitution or transfer of prize.

By accepting and/or using prize, winner agrees to the use of his/her name, voice, and/or likeness for the purpose of advertising, trade, or promotion without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize, or fails to timely return the completed and executed declaration and releases where required, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

The Show Your Pizzazz Contest or Sweepstakes or sponsors thereof shall not be responsible for any damages, taxes, or expenses that the winner might incur as a result of this sweepstakes, or receipt and/or use of prize. Prizes are awarded on the condition that Show Your Pizzazz, their sponsors, constituents, employees, or subsidiaries will have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from the acceptance and/or possession of the prizes.

Contest is offered only electronically via the Internet and is open to all persons age 18 and older who are legal residents of the United States for the duration of the contest and who have Internet and Email access. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, and directors of sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, their immediate family members and persons living in their same household, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.

By participating in the contests and sweepstakes run by Show Your Pizzazz, each participant agrees to the terms set forth within the above stated rules and regulations.
